The short version: your memories are yours.

Who we are

TenderShots is a product of Neonatal DAO (“we”, “us”). These terms apply whenever you use TenderShots, with or without an account. By creating an account, or using the studio, you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use TenderShots.

Your account

You must be at least 18 to create an account. You sign in with Privy, by email or wallet: keep that email account or wallet to yourself, as you’re responsible for what happens under your TenderShots account.

Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got in. You can sign out other devices from your account at any time.

Your photographs stay yours

You own the photographs you bring and the TenderShots you make. You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store them, encrypted, and to show them back to you. We don’t publish them, sell them, share them with anyone, or use them to train any model.

When you delete a memory, or your account, we delete the photographs from our storage, not hide them.

What you may upload

Only photographs you have the right to use: ones you took, or that the people in them (or, for children, their parents or guardians) are happy for you to keep and edit.

Never upload anything illegal, anything that sexualises or harms a child, or anything meant to harass or deceive. We will remove such content, close the account, and report it to the authorities where the law requires.

Memory and Create

Memory mode improves light and colour and is designed never to change how a person looks. Create mode adds imagined settings and decorations around people, and is labelled as created. Neither is a medical, identity or evidential record, and we can’t promise every result will be exactly what you hoped for.

The service

TenderShots is in preview and free to use. We work hard to keep it running and your memories safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. Please keep your own copies of anything precious: you can download everything, with every original, from your account at any time.

If paid plans arrive, we’ll explain them clearly before anything costs you money. Nothing you already have will be taken away without notice.

Ending things

You can delete your account whenever you like, from your account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; where it’s safe and lawful to, we’ll tell you first and give you time to download your memories.

Our responsibility

We provide TenderShots with care, but as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by things outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law says can’t be limited.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell signed-in users before the change applies. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
